Friendly, competent staff. Explained everything, and made suggestions for pet care.
I personally love this place. They're willing to work with everyone and are very friendly, but I would recommend in taking a little bit more time to slow down while on the phone. Seemed kind of rushed speaking to the lady, to where I didn't understand what she was saying.
