Terrible Service. Me and my boyfriend ordered a bedframe off Amazon and were excited to FINALLY get our mattress off the floor. The UPS guy came at 3pm, when both of us were home, didn't bother knocking, and just left a note that they would deliver tomorrow. Thing is, they drew a side image of a breast on our note. I called Customer Service and they got me in touch with the manager of the local distribution center. Her excuse? The door to the steps up to our apartment was not clearly marked. (Mind you no comment on the content of the note was made on her part either)
Won’t except any packages to ship until 4 pm and they won’t except cash for a payment.
But here's the deal: No other delivery service has had an issue with this. Not USPS, Not Fed Ex, none of them, even with new drivers. So why is this such an issue? I don't know, but I'm livid that I got this kind of treatment.
3 days late. Paid xtra money to recieve package and still havent recieved. Never use them again...
I don't understand why they have my package in Centerville and I cant go pick it up. its being delivered to the post office which is only open until 11
