I requested service at my home on June 4th, 2016 in their Centerville store. I was told I would be contacted by someone to schedule an appointment to have our pool pump looked at to determine what was wrong with it. While I was not at home, someone by the name of Justin showed up (apparently) and decided that my pump was not working and that I needed a new one. I am interested to know how he could determine that with no electricity available to the pump at the time he supposedly checked it. I called on Monday the 5th, to speak to someone about it, and they assured me that a technician would be sent out today, the 7th, to check the pump properly and as of 6:06pm, I have not heard a word from anyone. I'm pretty sure I won't be recommending this company to anyone, anytime soon.
