My boss brought his bucket truck here after calling and verifying they could change the upper boom pump we drove an hour and a half with the bucket truck only to get told they refused to work on it. Very bad for buisness.
Developed a leak in a brake line as we pasted thru Richmond. Thankfully got ahold of Green Fork Alignment & Service and they had me repaired and on the road in less than 3 hours. Quality work, at very reasonable price with friendly people. Couldn't ask for more. Thank you Joe and Company.

I was told to bring my truck here after speaking with them on the phone and I explained the issues I was having it is a bucket truck in the upper pump actuator is not letting Juice go through to the upper boom , they told me they could fix that no problem to bring it today and they would have it in and fix Monday. I then got there and the owner came out and looked at my truck and let me know very quickly that they did not have the knowledge to fix it so they wasted not only my time and be paying someone to deliver the truck to them but they made me tell customers the truck would be ready for me to do their work so reflects badly on me because I was lied to I would not recommend anyone to go here for any reason the owner was very rude very unprofessional
