I had the 'auto bill pay' thing set up with Andy. Sadly, he continued billing after the conclusion of our business. I called and he said he would stop it. Next month, I was billed again so I called again. He apologized and said he would stop it and send a refund. I canceled the credit card so he could no longer bill me. Now, it has been too many months and I still wait for m,y refund. It has gotten to the point that when I leave a phone message, nobody calls me back. Ick! I will update this when he resolves the issue.
